What's included on each calendar
The monthly calendar prints one month as a seven-column grid with a shaded weekday header, tinted weekends, and squares large enough to actually write in — five or six week rows depending on where the 1st falls, always sized to fill the page. The year calendar prints all twelve months as mini grids on one sheet, arranged three across in portrait and four across in landscape. The weekly planner gives each day a labelled band with ruled lines beside it. The blank calendar prints six empty week rows with write-on rules for the month and year. Tips for printing a calendar
- Print the year-on-one-page sheet in landscape and pin it up in September. It is the sheet that answers “how many weeks until the break?” without anyone opening a phone.
- Print next month before this one ends. A calendar is the one printable with a deadline, and the whole point of generating it here is that it takes ten seconds rather than a trip to a stationery shop.
- Use the blank calendar for anything that repeats — reading logs, chore charts, habit trackers, behaviour charts. Undated means one printout is reusable every month of every year.
- Match the week start to whatever else is on the wall. Mixing a Sunday calendar with a Monday timetable is a small thing that causes a surprising number of missed appointments.
- Print the weekly planner on Friday for the week ahead. Seven ruled bands is enough room for a real day's plan, which a square on a month grid never is.
- Print at 100% scale, not “fit to page”. Everything here is laid out to the real paper size, the same way the graph paper and lined paper are.

Calendar layout
Monthly is one month to a page — the classic wall or fridge calendar. Year on one page puts all twelve months on a single sheet as mini grids. Weekly planner turns one week into seven labelled rows with ruled writing lines. Blank / undated prints the frame with no dates and write-on rules for the month and year.
Month and year
Any month from 2026 through 2032. The month control does nothing on the year sheet, which shows all twelve, and neither control applies to the blank calendar, which is undated by design — both are disabled rather than hidden so the panel does not jump around as you switch layouts.
Week
On the weekly planner, which week of the chosen month to print. A week that starts in the previous month shows those dates correctly — a planner that skipped them would not be a week.
Week starts on
Sunday or Monday. Sunday is the standard US calendar convention; Monday is the ISO 8601 and European one, and is what most workplace and school timetables use. The whole grid is rebuilt around the choice, so the dates move with the header rather than the header moving alone.
US federal holidays
Marks all eleven federal holidays by name in the day they fall on, and tints those squares. They are computed from their rules — the third Monday in January, the last Monday in May, the fourth Thursday in November — rather than read from a fixed list, so they are correct in every supported year. The date shown is the holiday itself; where one falls on a weekend, federal offices observe it on the adjacent weekday, which is a fact about offices rather than about the date.
Notes column
Adds a ruled panel down the right-hand side of the monthly and blank calendars for goals, reminders, or a to-do list. On the weekly planner it becomes an eighth band across the bottom. The year sheet has no room for it, so the control is disabled there.
Orientation and paper size
Portrait or landscape, on US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) or A4 (210 × 297 mm). The page is genuinely rotated, not scaled, and the grid is recalculated to fill whichever sheet you choose, so nothing is stretched or clipped.
