One address, read by a person. Write about anything to do with the site — a worksheet that prints wrong, a generator you wish existed, or a question about using the printables at your school.

What to write about

• A wrong answer key. These go to the front of the queue. Every key on the site is machine-checked, so if one is wrong something is genuinely broken and other people are printing it too.
• A worksheet that prints badly — text running off the page, a sheet that comes out at the wrong size, something that looks right on screen and wrong on paper.
• A generator you want. Requests genuinely drive what gets built next; several of the tools on the site exist because somebody asked.
• Using the worksheets — classroom, co-op, tutoring, library, newsletter. The short answer is on the about page, and anything it does not cover, just ask.
• Privacy questions, including anything raised by the privacy policy.
• Anything legal — a licensing concern, an attribution question, or a takedown request. Send the specific URL and we will look at it promptly.

If you are reporting a problem

A worksheet that comes out wrong is almost always wrong for one specific combination of settings, so the fastest fix comes from a message that includes:

• the address of the page you were on, and — if you used the Copy link button next to the download — the link it gave you, which encodes exactly the settings you had;
• what you expected the sheet to do, and what it did instead;
• whether it looked wrong on screen, on paper, or only after printing;
• your browser, and the paper size you printed at.

Why there is no contact form

PrintTheSheet runs with no server of its own — the worksheets are built inside your browser, which is why nothing you type is ever transmitted anywhere. A contact form would need a server to send messages to, and adding one would make this the single page on the site that collects anything. An email address does the same job without that.

Replies

This is a small operation, so replies take a few days rather than a few minutes. Everything gets read. Bug reports get acted on even when the reply is slow — if you sent one and later notice the worksheet is fixed, that was yours.
